Manage clients, projects, content and media from an interface as polished as the front site: advanced filters, search, real-time sync. Can be unchecked in the configurator if not needed.

A showcase site usually takes 4-8 weeks, an e-commerce 6-12 weeks, and custom projects 3-6 months. We provide a detailed schedule from the start of the project.

What monthly services are available after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Three packs to choose from. The Hosting Pack at €49/month is the bare minimum: SARO servers in France (site + database), media storage in Europe, SSL, daily backups, 5-day email support. The Standard Pack at €129/month adds technical maintenance (updates, bug fixes) and 48h support. The Premium Pack at €349/month adds 24h emergency response (7/7) and 1h of minor modifications per month.

Will my site be optimized for Google (SEO)?

Yes, all our sites are SEO-optimized from creation: metadata, semantic HTML, Schema.org structured data, sitemap, fast loading, responsive. Technical SEO is included.

Can I cancel monthly services at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after the minimum 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with 14 days notice. No hidden fees, no penalties. The site belongs to you.

What is a CTI-certified engineer?

The Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI) is the French body that accredits engineering programs. Our developers are graduates from state-recognized engineering schools, guaranteeing technical expertise and professional rigor.

Yes, the design step in the configurator lets you choose: either we deliver the complete design (high-fidelity Figma mockups + custom responsive UX/UI, priced according to your project scope), or you provide your own finalized and validated mockups in full responsive (desktop + tablet + mobile). In the latter case the design cost drops to €0 — we integrate and develop your existing design directly.

How does the SARO client loyalty discount work?

If you're already a SARO client, you automatically get a 5% loyalty discount on the development of your new project. This discount stacks with the upfront-payment discount (additional 5%) or 12-month-installments discount (additional 2.5%). To activate it, select "I'm already a SARO client" at the first step of the configurator and sign in with your account. Recurring monthly services (hosting, maintenance) remain at catalog price.
